The Bible is full of urgent questions. The first question in the Bible was posed to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden after eating from the forbidden tree. “Where art thou?” Pastor Hagee poses the questions, “Whose side are you on? Are you on the Lord’s side, or have you been seduced by sin?” Are you a candidate for God’s blessing or His judgment? You will either please God and offend the world, or please the world and offend God. The Eternal Question is found in Mark 8:36-37, “For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?” When you stand before God Almighty on Judgment Day, he is not going to ask you how much money you made or to list your personal accomplishments. God will ask you, “What was your relationship with my Son, Jesus Christ?” What shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
