You conveniently left out FOUR passages in the NT where water is applied to the human body with the word baptizo and contextually it is not immersion baptism. Mark 7:4, Luke 11:38. Acts 9:18 and Acts 22:18 (How can a person be baptized by immersion standing up in a house?)
Secondly, your presentation is hardly sola Scriptura as you quote the Didache to interpret Scripture. A big no no. Then you quote Luther which is an appeal to authority. This is not a sola Scriptura presentation.
Thirdly, concerning Matt 3, you take a purely descriptive text and turn it into a prescription for immersion baptism. BIG NO NO. Coming out of the water is what Jesus did AFTER his baptism.
There is no positive command to baptize by immersion. I don’t see any mode more pleasing to God than another, but immersion baptism is sure MAN pleasing, isn’t it
