Faith, Works, and Regeneration, Paul Washer

This is a snippet from the sermon “Message at DSFC 2012” that can be found on my channel, Paul Washer here explains the relationship between faith and works in a true believer’s life contrasting the famous James 2 passage “faith without works is dead” with Galatians where the apostle Paul adamantly declares salvation to not be by works but faith alone. There turns out to be no contradiction, the distinction is very precise, but there is no contradiction; the answer lies in the doctrine of regeneration.
